We are thrilled to share that The Sussex Beacon was voted Brighton’s Favourite HIV Organisation.
This one day workshop will provide both theoretical and practical training on the delivery of clinical supervision in health care settings.It will be a fun and engaging day using a variety of learning methods, predominantly aimed at new supervisors but also as a refresher for more experienced supervisors.
Sunday 24th March was the day our incredible fundraisers took a flight up the British Airways i360, before stepping over the side to slowly descend the 450ft drop!
Last week, we had the honour of speaking to M who visited the Sussex Beacon as an inpatient earlier this year. M has since returned to his home in East Sussex, however reached out to us for a chance for others living with HIV to hear his story and what the Sussex Beacon now means for him.

Against the backdrop of bright winter sunshine and temperatures around the zero degree mark, the 28th Brighton Half Marathon took place on 25th February 2018. The event, one of the biggest fundraisers for the organising charity
The Sussex Beacon is very excited to be represented in the World AIDS Day Red Run for the first time on Saturday, 1st December 2018.
Every donation we receive from our community makes a difference and helps us to continue providing support and care for people people facing the challenges of HIV.
We accept referrals for our Inpatient Unit from doctors, nurses, GPs, mental health teams and social services for people living in Brighton & Hove and East and West Sussex.
