- GPs
- Medical professionals
- Statutory and voluntary sector keyworkers throughout Sussex
If you are an individual who wishes to access any of these services and is unable to contact a health professional for support, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your needs.
If you think that someone you are supporting who is living with HIV could benefit from our services, you are welcome to contact us to discuss your Client’s needs, and what we can do to help.
Our Health Management services are for people living with HIV in Sussex.
