FAQs

Can I come and visit you?

We welcome visitors from a range of organisations so that we can tell you about the work that we do and see our facilities. If you would like to visit, please telephone us on 01273 694222.

How can I get funding to stay with you?

For people who live in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex your care and treatment is funded by the NHS. If you live outside these areas, please telephone or email us and we can provide information on how you may get funded by your local Clinical Commissioning Group or other charities. It is beneficial to have a discussion with the doctors and nurses at the HIV service where you go to for your care and treatment. Your GP may also be able to help.

How do I access your services?

All patients who come to our inpatient unit are referred to us by a range of health and social care professionals such as doctors, nurses, mental health teams, GP’s and social workers. Unfortunately, you cannot refer yourself so please speak to your doctor or nurse and they will be able to help you.
