During lockdown The Sussex Beacon has continued to support people living with HIV in Sussex, extending our service to people’s home. To celebrate the efforts of our supporters, staff, volunteers and people living with HIV in Sussex, over the next 28 days we’ll be sharing interesting facts, statistics, information and more about how we’ve kept going throughout the pandemic and lockdown! We’ll be adding them to the page daily as well as sharing them on social media. Please consider giving a gift to us this Christmas to help us continue reaching the vulnerable where they need help. Over 40,000 people took part in the London Marathon this weekend, including 4 courageous runners who went that extra mile by fundraising for The Sussex Beacon to help us continue providing specialist care for people living with HIV. One runner who took on this iconic race was Craig Baines. Craig dreamt of running the London Marathon, and finally achieved his dream on Sunday after years of hard work.
