Dance, bop and cut some shapes for the Sussex Beacon and help us raise awareness about hardworking nurses and doctors on our wards!

We’re launching a new digital participation challenge – Bop For The Beacon!

All supporters of the Sussex Beacon will be asked to record themselves dancing as an act of solidarity and support for clinical teams.

We’re asking that you:

+ record yourself dancing to your fave song

+ upload your amazing bop to social media

+ nominate TWO FRIENDS to join in

Each video shared is a message of support for Sussex Beacon nurses and doctors, as well as all dedicated frontline workers struggling with the current COVID-19 crisis.

Using Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, please tag us in as @SussexBeacon or @theSussexBeacon and use the hashtag #BopForTheBeacon.

Nominating two or more friends to join in with each post, helps spread the word and keep the chain of gratitude going.

Watch a video our staff, nurses and support team put together to inspire you below!

While participants may donate if they wish to the Sussex Beacon’s efforts (the charity has kept its doors open throughout the crisis for those living with HIV and their dependents or relatives) the main aim is to spread the word about how thankful the community is for the efforts of healthcare workers across all of East and West Sussex.
