Supporting The Sussex Beacon
The Halloween Horror Show has the potential to be one of our biggest fundraising events of the year.
Here at The Sussex Beacon, our dedicated medical team provide specialist care and support for people facing the challenges of living with HIV. Our 10-bed Inpatient Unit is the only one of its kind, providing 24-hour medical and psychological care to people who are, for example, struggling with a new diagnosis; starting new medication or recovering from HIV-related illnesses or cancer treatment. Our team also provides support services for women and families, a peer support program, and wellbeing and mindfulness courses. Most of all, we provide a safe, comforting place for patients in their time of need. Today with fewer HIV services available, it is more critical than ever that we continue our vital services to those who need us, but in order to do this we must raise a staggering £2 million each year. It is thanks to our supporters and volunteers that we are able to continue providing care, and events like this are crucial to the future of The Sussex Beacon.
We hope you will join us this Halloween for a Spooktacular night, and help us to generate those much needed funds on the night.
