If you are feeling isolated and are struggling to cope with everyday life issues the Day Service might be able to help you. The service offers a place where you can meet other people who are living with HIV.

You will be able to regain confidence with social skills and increase communication skills. The service can help with lessening social anxiety and help with lifting mood levels.

The Day Service has two case workers who will be able to help you to identify any goals that you might have, such as accessing more social groups or events that can help reduce isolation and increase your confidence. We also provide support and advice with signposting into other services.

Who is the day service for?

The service is for people aged 18 and over that could benefit from peer group and 1-2-1 support.
