This very small garden began three years ago with plants brought from our previous house. When we arrived here there were a few shrubs bordering a traditional lawn. The whole area is in effect one large raised bed, which drains well but is a little exposed. There are plans to develop the parking space into an area for a greenhouse and to extend the upper level garden.
